Your assignments:

Plan, schedule, and execute projects efficientlyEnsure CAPEX investments are spent in a timely mannerContribute to the development and implementation of new technologiesSupport the seamless technology transfer of molds and injection molding machinesHelp standardize best practices in injection moldingActively participate in global projectsSupport value streams in evaluating product development with regard to moldability and costPrepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for injection molding-related equipmentCoordinate with suppliers and vendors, and manage the bidding process in collaboration with ProcurementLead concept and design reviews with internal stakeholders and external suppliersTake responsibility for Design Qualification (DQ), Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), and Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) as part of CAPEX projectsLead the implementation of equipmentMonitor and report on CAPEX expenditures for each project

Your Profile:

Degree in mechanical engineering with relevant production experienceAt least 5 years of professional experience in the field, particularly in molding processesIn-depth knowledge of the latest injection molding machine technologies available on the marketExperience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environmentFamiliarity with dialysis products is a strong advantageStrong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills, paired with creativityProven ability in team building and collaborationExcellent communication skillsProficiency in CAD drawing (2D and 3D)Fluency in English and German, both written and spokenWillingness to travel
