We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RADIENCE, PATHFINDER Business Modeler to join our team. The Business Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining the RADIENCE business model. This role requires extensive knowledge of insurance and wealth accumulation products and industry practices. The ideal candidate will identify, recommend, and implement solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
Essential Job Functions:
Consult with customers to define needs or problem areas, and determines scope of investigation required to recommend possible solutionsGather and analyze data to determine solutions for system processing according to the customer’s business requirementsDevelop and maintain business requirements using Use cases, storyboards and/or Word documents Provide input into task estimation and scheduling Create and maintain the RADIENCE business modelWrite, execute, quantify and qualify test conditions for more complex modeling changes which will have widespread effects Work within RADIENCE implementation methodology and follow applicable standardsStay abreast of new developments in fields of insurance and wealth management by visiting websites and reading periodicals devoted to these topicsTechnical Skills / Qualifications
