**Job Summary (ISG)** We are looking for a Technical Lead with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ingenium - S-Steps Ingenium - P-Steps and Ingenium - Flow Files. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance Agency Management and Finance & Accounting is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Ingenium + S-Steps Ingenium + P-Steps and Ingenium + Flow Files. + Oversee the design and architecture of software systems to ensure they meet business requirements. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. + Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. + Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical solutions. + Participate in project planning and estimation to deliver projects on time and within budget. + Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and effectiveness. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. + Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience. + Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technical processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Ingenium + S-Steps Ingenium + P-Steps and Ingenium + Flow Files. + Have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance Agency Management and Finance & Accounting is a plus. + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. + Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Show proficiency in project planning and estimation to ensure timely delivery of projects. + Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies. + Have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills. + Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in technical solutions. + Be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. + Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision. + Show a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance. + Exhibit the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. + Possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. **Certifications Required** Certified Ingenium Professional Life and Annuities Insurance Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
