Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: + In dieser Rolle stellen Sie die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften und der betrieblichen Vorgaben zum Arbeitsschutz, der Anlagensicherheit, des Betreibens der Anlage, des Umweltschutzes und zur Energiepolitik des Unternehmens sicher + Sie verantworten die Wartung und Instandhaltung der Produktionsanlagen und Werkzeuge, sowie das Management von Ersatzteilen und Lieferanten + Ausarbeitung und regelmäßige Aktualisierung von Betriebsvorschriften und technischen Dokumentationen + Projektverantwortung bei Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekten sowie Sicherstellen der Anlagenverfügbarkeit + Problemlösung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Anlagen und Werkzeugen **Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen** Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: + erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, bzw. chemische Verfahrenstechnik + Erfahrung mit verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen + Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1) + analytisches Denken und strukturierte Vorgehensweise, sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln + versiert in der Berechnung und Auslegung von Anlagen-Komponenten, wie Pumpen, Rohrleitungen, etc., sowie im Umgang mit CAD Software Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: + Erfahrung in der Projektleitung (Investitions-, Umbau-, Optimierungsprojekte, etc.) + Selbstständiger, analytischer und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil + gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Anwendungen sowie SAP At 3M, we believe diversity & inclusion are essential to innovation.
