**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Incoming inspection, raw material inspection sequences according to purchased product specifications. + Training of receiving inspection technicians and supplier MRBs + Issuing and monitoring corrective actions to suppliers to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and implementation + MRB Board meetings with manufacturing, product quality and purchasing + Supplier DPPM, MRB inventory and supplier scrap. Requesting RMAs and debit notes to suppliers + Coordinating non-conforming material extractions and disposition of non-conforming material from suppliers. + Performing initial assessments and periodic audits of supplier quality systems to approve new suppliers and verify continued supplier compliance with quality system requirements. + Developing process improvement methods, inspection plans and review of FAIR requirements. + Review and approve supplier PPAPs + Act as liaison between supplier and company to effectively resolve non-conformities and quality issues by interacting and communicating with engineering, purchasing, planning, program quality engineers, and various levels of supplier and company management **Who You Are:** + Readily takes action on challenges, without unnecessary planning. + Works out tough agreements and settles disputes equitably + Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + 7 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + 4 to 5 years in Supplier Quality Management. + Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and requirements, including GD&T. + Experience in the electrical or metalworking industry preferred. Knowledge of foundry and machining. + Experience in performing quality audits. + (PPAP) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). + Intermediate level of English. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Problem-solving, results-oriented. + Strong problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Previous supervisory experience preferred **Requisition ID** : 25015766 Emerson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
