Job Responsibilities:

Conocimientos Técnicos Específicos:

Tratamientos térmicos y análisis metalúrgicos.

Estándares internacionales de pruebas de dureza, microdureza, resistencia a la tracción (Ej. AWS, ASME).

Interpretación de resultados metalúrgicos en aluminio, acero y otros materiales.

Control estadístico de procesos (SPC, MSA), KPIs y Core Tools.

Equipos de medición y hornos de tratamiento térmico.

Mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en equipos metalúrgicos.

Herramientas y Sistemas:

Conocimiento intermedio en estadística y análisis de datos.

Uso de software para control de procesos o medición (Excel, sistemas de monitoreo de hornos, etc.).

Idiomas:

Inglés intermedio (indispensable para interpretación de normas técnicas y comunicación con clientes o proveedores).
