About the Opportunity Process Innovation Manager (PIM) is responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives based on industrial engineering & continuous improvement methodologies aiming to create lean, value-added processes driving labor improvements, automation/mechanization, cost reductions and savings across DOTA DC/MFG network. This role is also accountable to lead efforts to identify, follow up and document opportunities for process improvement and put in place the tools to solve and enhance productivity, reduce/eliminate waste, solve operational challenges, rationalize cost, deliver savings and achieve business goals through cross-functional teams. Highly important!!! We are not looking for a consultant or an advisor, we are looking for an agent of change who is willing to deep dive in processes, empower and roll up people in a living culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must have experience in leading and managing teams & continuous improvement initiatives, projects and be also able to demonstrate through metrics and/or KPI´s a track record of successful implementation of added value initiatives
