Join us and let’s get started. **Job Description** **AECOM se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Ingeniero HVAC para trabajar en sus oficinas en Lima, Perú.** **Las responsabilidades de esta posición incluyen, pero no se limitan a:** + Supervisión de la entrega de la parte HVAC en proyectos de infraestructuras del transporte incluyendo, pero no limitado a aeropuertos, vías férreas, puertos, carreteras y otros. + Promover la cultura de colaboración entre los diferentes equipos técnicos de transportes Perú. + Cumple con los términos contractuales por parte del equipo HVAC del proyecto y del cliente y supervisa el cumplimiento de los compromisos contractuales por parte de los subcontratistas de HVAC. + Prepara el plan de trabajo, el alcance, el calendario y el presupuesto de la parte de HVAC del proyecto y los comunica a los miembros del equipo HVAC del proyecto; supervisa y gestiona la producción de la parte de HVAC del proyecto para garantizar el cumplimiento del calendario, el presupuesto y los objetivos de calidad. + Revisa los documentos de HVAC del proyecto y otros productos de HVAC del diseño para garantizar una calidad óptima y una entrega puntual. + Colabora para garantiza que la parte de HVAC de los proyectos se ejecutan de acuerdo con el plan y el presupuesto. + Se familiariza con el funcionamiento de la empresa. + Informa de cualquier problema al que se enfrente la empresa al tiempo que anticipa y previene situaciones inesperadas. + Adopta un enfoque proactivo para ayudar a la empresa a resolver problemas. **Qualifications** **Requisitos mínimos:** + Profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica o Electromecánica+ 6 Años de experiencia laboral o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación. + Experiencia en desarrollo, integración y presupuesto de propuestas para la parte de HVAC en proyectos de infraestructuras de transporte. **Additional Information** **Requisitos preferentes:** + Profeisonal en Ingeniería Mecánica o Electromecánica con más de +7 años de experiencia, de los cuales al menos 2 en puestos de responsabilidad. + Maestría en Ingeniería HVAC. + Se valorará la experiencia en ferrocarriles, puertos, aeropuertos y carreteras. + Inglés Intermedio No está disponible la asistencia para la reubicación para este puesto.
