As part of an increase in activity, we are looking for an Industry 4.0 Implementation Manager. You will participate in executing the roadmap to improve On-Time Supply (OTS), ensuring milestones are met and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include the controlled and secure decommissioning of legacy non-corporate tools and migrating them to corporate solutions when necessary, guaranteeing their maintenance and proper functioning throughout the process.
You will ensure the correct automation of processes and reports in the production environment, collaborating in their definition and configuration according to corporate standards. Additionally, you will implement Industry 4.0 systems and tools in the production environment, such as Data Visualization, AI solutions, process digitalization, and IS/IT systems monitoring.
Managing all customer requests (internal and external) through the assigned tool is key, including planning, tracking, completion, and evaluation of these requests. You will ensure that the information provided by customers is sufficient for analysis and the creation of technical specifications necessary for development, modification, and evolution. Furthermore, you will validate all required elements for customer requests within the CRM system.
You will manage change control to incorporate all customer demands, integrating possible solutions and assessing associated risks. You will also manage the control and validation plan associated with New Product Introduction, change management, and the introduction of new technologies, tools, or data processing systems. If you are motivated to lead technological transformation projects and work collaboratively across functions to enhance industrial processes, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team focused on Industry 4.0 innovation and process excellence.
