Updates structures according to product engineering changes of the division or internal needs due to raw material supply or manufacturing process improvement.
Performs mass updates of attributes or categories due to part number maintenance.
Prepare and maintain updated family drawings for the products that require it according to procedure 4.5.11.
Install family drawings in the internal network for general use
Define marking methods such as stamping, label, laser, electro-etching, pencil, electric, etc. according to specifications and steps established in procedure 4.8.1.
Periodically back up laser programs for reinstatement if necessary.
Attends to service requests providing timely response
Verifies the proper solution of the problem through the requester.
Provides definitive solution time of the problem if required.
