Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES** + Implementación de sistemas audiovisuales adaptados a las necesidades del cliente. + Instalación y configuración de equipos AV como proyectores, sistemas de sonido y herramientas de videoconferencia. + Troubleshooting en sistemas AV. + Configuración y calibración de equipos AV para asegurar un rendimiento óptimo. + Soporte técnico y capacitación a los usuarios sobre el uso de los sistemas AV. + Colaboración con ingenieros de redes para integrar los sistemas AV en la infraestructura de red. + Gestión y documentación del inventario de equipos y accesorios. + Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tecnologías y tendencias de la industria AV. + Interpretación de diagramas de instalación detallados y documentación técnica. + Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas y regulaciones de la industria. **REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES** + Dominio en la interpretación de esquemas AV, diagramas de cableado y documentos de distribución para ejecutar instalaciones con precisión. + Habilidad en el armado de racks AV, tendido y terminación de cables (HDMI, UTP), etiquetado y seguimiento de documentación de instalación y rutas de señal. + Capacidad para integrar sistemas AV con plataformas de productividad como Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex y Google Meet. + Experiencia en la implementación y soporte de plataformas Logitech Rally, Tap y Sync en entornos Microsoft Teams y Zoom Room. + Montaje e integración de equipos Crestron y Q-SYS: Capacidad para instalar paneles táctiles, procesadores, controladores y DSPs según especificaciones técnicas. + Redes e integración IT: Sólido conocimiento en redes IP, VLANs, PoE y soluciones AV sobre IP, incluyendo protocolos Dante y NDI. + Nivel de inglés intermedio - avanzado (será evaluado). **REQUISITOS DESEABLES** + Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sonido, Electrónica o un campo relacionado + Certificación CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) + Familiaridad con conmutación de video, enrutamiento matricial, HDBaseT, HDMI y tecnologías SDVoE + Experiencia práctica en configuración y resolución de problemas con sistemas como Crestron, Q-SYS, AMX y Extron + Capacidad para desarrollar y mantener soluciones de control Crestron utilizando SIMPL, SIMPL+, VT Pro-e o Crestron Studio + Dominio de AutoCAD u otro software de diseño para distribución de sistema + Experiencia programando procesadores Q-SYS Core, utilizando Q-SYS Designer Software e integrando DSPs de audio con redes AV + Certificaciones CTS-D (Certified Technology Specialist - Design) y Audiovisual Network Professional® **Workplace type** **:** Remote Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
