Main Responsibilities:

Recurrence prevention for quality claims (internal & external) by applying problem solving methodologies (8D). Define robust root cause analysis and lead cross functional team to implement systemic corrective actions.Implementation of continuous improvement projects for scrap reduction on the operations. Gather and analyze data/trends to identify top issues and teamwork with CFT for implementing solutions.Direct customer interface for quality topics. Quick response to customer and negotiation for  PPMs, Debit Memos, material return, etc.Risk prevention activities at manufacturing process thru application of PFMEA.Implementation of process audits & LPAs to assure current controls are followed and detect opportunity areas for prevention.Manage and develop team members (~10 people /tech & inspectors).Standardization of activities from quality inspectors.

Minimum Qualifications

Min 3-5 years’ experience as quality / process engineer on manufacturing process such assembly & stamping (desirable on automotive company).Engineer degree on industrial or mechanical engineer.Core tools certificate (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP).Advance knowledge on problem solving.Advance business  English (>85%).Proven leadership & high negotiation skills.Proactive.
