PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Identificar, investigar y resolver proactivamente incidentes y problemas técnicos, así como también restaurar el servicio del cliente mediante la administración de incidentes hasta su resolución.Garantizar que no se pierdan las condiciones de acuerdo de nivel de servicio.Soporte de las plataformas de Service Provider y Data Center para incidentes, requerimientos y análisis de causa raíz.Escalamiento de alto nivel para clientes, ingenieros y equipo en general, en tecnologías de alta complejidad.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

Estudios de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes, Sistemas, Informática, Computación o afines.Certificación CCNP: Enterprise, Service Provider y/o Data Center. (Excluyente)Conocimiento ACI (Excluyente)

REQUISITOS DESEABLES

Experiencia +5 años en roles de soporte.Inglés técnico a nivel intermedio (Será evaluado).Certificaciones de nivel profesional en ciberseguridad, de proveedores de servicio o de vendors CISCO - Juniper.Conocimientos en Ciberseguridad y gestión de Firewalls de al menos una de las siguientes plataformas: Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5 (Deseable certificaciones relacionadas).Experiencia en proveedores de servicio.Inglés conversacional nivel intermedio.
