Job Responsibilities:

Pour accompagner un nouveau projet, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Process Méthodes H/F en CDI à temps plein, afin de renforcer notre équipe et soutenir l'optimisation des processus de production.

Vos missions seront:

Analyser globalement les projets en intégrant les échéances, les matériels existants, les compétences disponibles et la performance attendue.Définir et chiffrer les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à la production des produits.Implémenter et valider les implantations des machines et robots en fonction des besoins industriels.Vérifier la pertinence des gammes de réglage à travers des essais de pleine cadence.Qualifier le process selon les standards IATF et Magna.Construire, tester et mettre en œuvre un plan de convergence en fonction des différents scénarios possibles.Coordonner les ressources internes et externes pour garantir la mise en place et le suivi du plan d’action process.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
