Soutenir les ateliers et les équipes de production. Contribuer à la formation et accompagner les opérateurs sur terrain. Participer aux audits clients ou internes et en garantir l'aboutissement. Co-garantir la sécurité dans son périmètre d'action. Maintenir la qualification des procédés spéciaux, si applicable. Participer à la passation de la phase industrialisation vers la phase production vie série et assister à la phase analyse des risques et définition des nouveaux process. Participer aux QRQC. Participer et animer les chantiers lean et mettre à dispositions les outils nécessaires (5S, tableaux de marche, flux, VSM, SMED, management visuel, mise en ligne…). Participer/piloter aux projets d'amélioration (lean-sigma, One Safran, …). Mettre à disposition les moyens de production série (machines, outillages, gabarits…) jusqu'à leur validation et leur introduction dans la ligne de production.
