**Your role and responsibilities**
* Deploy and maintain Azure resources and other technologies.
* Implementation and support for Networking, Site Recovery Services, Backup for VM and SAP Database and SAP Application in the Cloud.
* Perform risk assessments of existing and new SAP deployments.
* Recommend, implement, and monitor security auditing and alerting solutions.
* Recommend, implement, and monitor Redhat Enterprise Linux for SAP Operating System Upgrade.
* Monitor cloud resources to verify integrity and availability.
* Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate as appropriate and offer solutions.
* Collaborate with IBM SAP Basis Team and NPPD Team, network/security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration from different landscape (Sandbox, Dev, QA, and Production Environments) including validation planning, validation testing coordination, and reporting readiness for deployment.
* Develop, document, and understand internal IT processes and procedures.
* Ensure timely resolution of issues, responsible for communicating with all impacted Teams the status and resolution of all issues.
* Communicate with customers and notify them of impending changes or agreed outages.
* Assists with special projects or other duties as assigned.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Strong Experience deploying Azure resources Compute, Networking, Backup and Recovery, Storage Accounts, NetApp Accounts, Load Balancers, Monitoring Agents and Site Recovery Services, and Microsoft Sentinel
* Strong working knowledge of Ansible Automation.
* Strong working knowledge of Redhat Enterprise Linux 8 or Higher
* Strong understanding of security concepts surrounding RHEL operating systems.
* Ability to create detailed diagrams.
* Knowledge of IT industry standards, change management processes, and use of change control procedures.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external groups in a team environment to improve overall customer service and support.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize issues and defects, and proactively determine areas requiring additional attention, monitoring, or maintenance.
* Proven background in providing excellent customer service.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, think and act quickly to solve issues.
* Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to articulate and provide the explanation of technology.
* Maintain up-to-date Azure knowledge of emerging technologies and practices.
