**Description** **Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager** **Anaheim, CA (On-site 4 days/week)** Are you an experienced infrastructure leader who thrives in fast-paced enterprise environments? We’re hiring a **Service Delivery Manager** to lead a large, cross-functional infrastructure team supporting critical IT operations. You’ll manage teams across server (Windows, Linux and VMWare) and storage administration, networking, cybersecurity, database management (Oracle & MS SQL), and cloud engineering (AWS and Azure). May accept an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree + 5–10 years’ experience leading infrastructure or IT operations teams + Strong background in cloud (AWS, Azure), database, and network services + Hands-on experience managing enterprise DR exercises and critical incidents + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + ITIL framework experience a strong plus **Preferred Skills:** + ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) + Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects + Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure solutions Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
