**Introduction** The IBM D&I team is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the development and management of secure IT platforms for clients with advanced security requirements in Switzerland. This position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems that meet the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and availability while ensuring compliance with relevant Swiss and international regulations. Role and Responsibilities: * Lead the architecture, deployment, and operation of secure IT platforms, ensuring adherence to Swiss and international security standards. * Implement and oversee advanced cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive data and critical infrastructure. * Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with complex security and compliance requirements. * Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain business continuity plans for high-security environments. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of security best practices and continuous improvement. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Infrastructure Security Architect at IBM, you will support the infrastructure in various industries like transportation, energy, insurance, banking or healthcare, which are rapidly changing as the worlds relationship with technology evolves.
