Overview: Drive infrastructure business development across Eastern Ontario (Ottawa, Kingston, Belleville) focused on water, wastewater, liner applications, and piping infrastructure for large-scale projects. Build relationships with consultants, owners, contractors, and support local Victaulic distributors across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop value-added proposals and presentations highlighting cost savings through Victaulic solutionsEstablish and maintain qualified project pipeline for water/wastewater infrastructure opportunitiesBuild strategic account plans for key owners and industrial contractorsCoordinate with Regional Managers and Infrastructure market teamMaintain updated project databases and submit regular territory reportsProvide technical training to office and field personnelClassify customers based on project potential and develop targeted account strategies
Qualifications:
College or university degree preferred2-5 years of outside sales experience in water/wastewater construction marketsStrong understanding of value-based selling methodologyExcellent mechanical aptitude and technical communication skillsSelf-motivated team player with strong organizational abilitiesComfortable with travel (25%) for territory coverageProfessional demeanor with consultants, contractors, and municipal clients
Salary: $75 – 90k (based on experience) + (car, uncapped commission & bonus)
