Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide. **Scope of Position** Corning is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to lead global Compute and Hosting delivery projects. This role includes overseeing the implementation of solutions across Corning's Multi-Cloud environment, from design to operational delivery and ongoing support. You will manage a portfolio of Infrastructure projects, leading both direct and matrixed teams. **Roles & Responsibilities** + Lead strategic Infrastructure initiatives ensuring successful design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment of products and services globally. + Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans and roadmaps, serving as a senior advisor on scope, priorities, and targets. + Define business cases, secure funding, manage budgets, and oversee the entire project lifecycle leveraging professional project management disciplines. + Build and maintain strong, influential business partnerships to drive change and foster collaboration between IT and business teams. + Manage direct reports and matrix resources, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and optimize performance. **Education & Experience Requirements** + BS in Computer Science, Business, or related field (required). + 7+ years managing large-scale infrastructure efforts in a global enterprise. + 5+ years in IT service delivery management. + Extensive experience in vendor interaction and management. **Desired Education & Experience** + Advanced degree a plus. + PMP certification (desired). + ITIL foundation certification (desired). **This position does not support immigration sponsorship.** The range for this position is $136,729.00 - $188,003.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
