What you'll be doing:

Ability to provide design, implement, provide solution to IT Infrastructure Network, Consulting, Assessment, upgrade and Troubleshoot VPN, Firewalls, other security devices.Expert level knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and other routing protocols issues. Handling server’s connectivity and other access issues. Handling end user remote access Global Protect VPN issues. Ensure network security best practices are implemented through auditing: firewall configurations, change control, and monitoring.Manage situations in a professional and courteous business manner with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, while timely keeping the customer abreast of expectations, problem status and completion.Other duties as assigned.

What we need:

Hands-on Expertise on the network security devices (Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 LTM & GTM, DDI, Web Proxy, etc.) and other security networking hardware/software tools.Knowledge of Private Cloud based secure deployments (Azure) as well as SASE.Demonstrated understanding of information security concepts, standards, practices, including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion prevention and detection, TCP/IP and related protocols, device monitoring and log management and event monitoring/reporting.Experience in LAN and WAN technologies.Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, access control lists, firewalls, IPsec VPN, NAT and network traffic analysis.Demonstrable analytical and technical aptitudes with focus on identity and alleviating the root cause of the issue; solves the whole problem.Understanding of Radius, Tacacs+, protocols ClearPass based deployment. Ability to work with Unix\\Linux based systems, and scripting is a plus.Experienced involving in various network site and data center project implementation. Experience in Wireshark tools and packet capture analysis.Good understanding of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.

Experience / Education

Minimum of ten years’ experience with information technology.Minimum 4-year hands on Palo Alto experience.Minimum of 3-year hands on experience on F5 or DNS.Preferred professional certification include: PCNSE, ACE, CCNP, CISSP, F5-CTS, F5-CSEBachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science preferred.
