We are looking for a skilled SVP – Business Development to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering superior products/services while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and accountability.

THE ROLE    

The Infrastructure Engineer will lead IT operations across our warehouse, production facilities, and office, managing systems critical to product embellishment processes, including warehouse management systems, production software, and office IT infrastructure. This role involves maintaining system reliability, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting the technological demands of a creative and fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

System Management and Maintenance

Oversee IT systems, including servers, networks, workstations, and production-specific tools (e.g., embroidery machine software, laser cutting and screen-printing systems). Assess, diagnose and resolve server, network and IT related issues in a complex infrastructure Ensure seamless integration of warehouse management software and production management software to support inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and embellishment workflows. Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Understand and manage complex ERP system (Shopworks) including integration with existing and new systems Maintain infrastructure mapping documentation

Cybersecurity and Data Protection

Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive client designs, production data, and business information. Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans tailored to production needs.

Technical Support and Training

Provide advanced technical support (tier 1-3) for warehouse, production, and office staff, resolving issues with hardware, software, or networks Train employees on IT systems where necessary Create documentation and guides for IT processes and equipment

Performance Optimization

Monitoring and optimizing the performance of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability

Project Management

Lead IT projects, such as implementing new production software or upgrading network infrastructure Evaluate and recommend technologies which enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with production and design teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Budget and Vendor Management

Develop and manage the IT budget, balancing cost efficiency with high-quality service delivery. Negotiate contracts with vendors for software licenses, hardware, and IT services. Track and report on IT spending and cost-saving opportunities. Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and IT support services.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

 Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 10 years of both IT infrastructure and desktop experience Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic and flexible availability to assist with issues during off hours

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
