Description:The IT Infrastructure Delivery Services (IDS) Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading the execution of Infrastructure operational management for the Camden, AK , as well as government and vendor facilities where Lockheed Martin personnel are onsite. This leader will also support other activities with the Central Region of the IDS organization within the Enterprise IT.
• Partner with Enterprise IT Core Services teams to manage the core infrastructure (servers/storage, HPC, network/telecom, Audio Visual, and desktop assets) for optimal uptime.
• Manage LM employees and contract labor resources performing touch labor tasks.
• Drive efficiencies in how operational infrastructure services are delivered.
• Execute break fix activities requiring touch labor per applicable service level agreements.
• Execute annual hardware refresh activities.
• Ensure effective implementation of initiatives/capabilities developed by core services teams.
• Assist core services teams in vulnerability management activities that require touch labor.
• Deploy end user assets for new employees and interns.
• “Rack and stack” network and server/storage/HPC equipment for new environments/requirements and refresh.
• Provide audio/visual services requiring onsite presence.
• Manage cabling services.
• Operate Mobility Checkout Centers and iLabs.
• Provide executive support.
• Manage the flow of work to the team’s backlog and prioritize as appropriate.
• Develop staff to become multi-functional IT resources.

• Knowledge of desktop, hosting, and network/telecom infrastructure
• Knowledge of enterprise desktop, hosting, and network/telecom infrastructure
• Knowledge of transformational technologies and support processes related to desktop, hosting, and network/telecom environments
• Full Spectrum Leadership traits, ability to work in teams to help enable and realize the Enterprise IT vision.
• Strong personnel development skills focusing on creating “full stack” Infrastructure technicians
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills, ability to represent IDS with site leadership
Desired Skills:
• Previous Supervisory experience
• Domain Knowledge - Desktop, hosting, and network/telecom technologies
• Vendor technology roadmaps
• Enterprise / business desktop, hosting, and network/telecom strategic directions
• Project management skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
