You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.The work model for the role is #LI #OnsiteThis role is contributing to the IS Service in India or Globally.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tIS Technology Specialist for Cloud Services is required to manage end to end Cloud Network across Cloud Providers which includes Deployment and Management of Checkpoint Firewalls, Reviewing Firewall/NSG rules implemented by Supplier.•\tManaging the checkpoint firewall licenses renewal, usage, and consolidation•\tAlign with Network Security to review the applied configurations.•\tInvolves and proactively supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for their own area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to IS services. •\tTakes action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, corrects malfunctions, and calls on other experienced colleagues and external resources to ensure services are delivered proactively. •\tIdentifies, consolidates, and reports any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.•\tReviews requirements and specifications and identifies those that require action within their scope of responsibility. •\tInstalls and tests new versions and investigates and coordinates the resolution of potential and actual service problems. •\tPrepares and maintains operational documentation for the system services and advises on the correct and effective use of the services.
Qualifications for the role\tGraduate/ Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar\t8-10 Years of total experience.\tITIL certification is required. \tCloud computing experience would be preferred.
