We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead with 10 to 12 but since the SO is SA only we can look for a max of 8 years of experience years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Terraform PowerShell and Network management. This role involves overseeing project execution ensuring technical excellence and driving impactful outcomes. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities + Lead project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. + Oversee technical implementation using Terraform to manage infrastructure as code. + Provide expertise in PowerShell scripting to automate and streamline processes. + Manage network configurations and ensure robust and secure network operations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives. + Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations. + Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. + Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports on project status. + Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and project management capabilities. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project workflows and outcomes. + Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. + Contribute to the companys mission by delivering projects that positively impact society. Qualifications + Must have extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure management. + Should possess advanced skills in PowerShell scripting for automation. + Must have a strong background in network management and configuration. + Should have excellent project management and leadership skills. + Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.
