In this position, as the Technology Administrator, Infrastructure and Cloud Technologies you are the authoritative engineer and expert in core infrastructure technologies. This is a hands-on design, administration, project implementation and IT support role focused on managing enterprise-standard server, cloud and end-user technologies. This includes putting sustainment and lifecycle plans together while continuing to optimize a complex multi-tenant environment while keeping abreast of emerging enterprise technology trends. **What You Will Do** **Azure Administration** + Managing and configuring Azure services like virtual machines, storage, networking, and databases + Implementing and maintaining security policies, access controls, and compliance measures within Azure + Monitoring Azure resources for performance, availability, and cost optimization + Supporting Azure cloud migration initiatives + Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Azure infrastructure and applications **IT Support** + Providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues + Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity + Managing user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources + Maintaining and updating system documentation + Collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues **Office 365 Administration** + Administering and supporting the Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams + Managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Office 365 + Troubleshooting issues related to Office 365 services and applications **Infrastructure Management** + Managing and maintaining servers, network equipment, and other IT infrastructure components• + Ensuring the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure + Implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions• + Monitoring system performance and availability **Other Responsibilities** + Participating in IT projects and initiatives + Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry + Developing and maintaining technical documentation + Providing excellent customer service to internal and external users + Collaborate with our extended TTI teams across North America and globally as necessary to achieve synergies across end-user technology and business optimization outcomes + Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles, SOPs, and other IT related documentation + Assist with creating and maintaining Generative AI support bot knowledgebase materials + Travel may be required **What You Will Bring** + University or college degree or diploma in IT or related experience + Minimum 5 yrs. hands-on technical experience as an IT/Systems Administrator or Engineer + Strong organizational and prioritization skills to balance project demands with operational support responsibilities + Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and architecture + Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts + Experience designing and managing storage and backup architecture + Experience designing and maintaining high availability and disaster recovery environments + Experience with Office 365 administration + Working experience with Windows OS, Apple OS, MS Office 365 and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and mobile devices + Strong foundation of end-user technologies and efficient delivery methodologies + Budgeting and planning experience to execute technology roadmaps and lifecycle + Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) + Cloud computing certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus + Accountability towards commitments and deadlines with focus on quality of outputs + Strong communication skills (English written and verbal) + Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with business stakeholders + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Knowledge of security best practices + Familiarity with Service Management tools + A problem solver and a good troubleshooter of more complex IT issues + Ability to explain technical items in non-technical, understandable terms + Unrestricted G driver’s license with a good driving record. **What You Will Benefit From** + Extensive health benefits, including vision and dental care + Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Matching Contributions + Competitive Base Salary, plus annual bonus + iPhone, and laptop + Paid time off and employee discount programs + Annual $500 Wellness Program allowance **Visit our: Company Website, LinkedIn and Instagram today** _Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values at TTI.
