Description One of TEKsystems largest professional services clients is looking for a strong storage resource to support their public sector clients. This is a client facing role on client site site. This would be remote/hybrid to start with a strong likely hood with the majority being onsite local area in Ottawa. This would include providing; Technical Support & Troubleshooting, Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance and Deployment & Configuration. Top Skills: 1-3 years of experience working with PowerEdge Server Administration 1-3 years of experience working with PowerScale Administration Responsibilities will include fielding support calls, acting as the primary intermediary between the client and tech support, dispatching warranty replacement parts, coordinating with resources for component replacements, and managing escalations as necessary.
