Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting with implementing monitoring configuring troubleshooting and maintaining the IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Respond to requests related to basic systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner with direct oversight from team members for guidance on how to apply best practices in problem resolutionAssist with projects involving installations upgrades and modernization of servers and systemsAssist with audits of servers and environment to ensure compliance with established standards policies and configuration guidelinesProvide support for Infrastructure systems such as server maintenance storage networking database administration network security messaging directory services server virtualization monitoring etc.Compose internal documentation with direct oversight from team members that reflects processes and system configurationGrow knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trendsParticipate in the maintenance testing and execution of the disaster recovery plan

Minimum Qualifications
