**Summary:**
The Infrastructure Account Team supports the annual multi-billion-dollar growth of Meta’s Infrastructure investment globally. **Required Skills:**
Infrastructure Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
1. Support business initiatives as the accounting Point of Contact for Infrastructure Teams
2. Understand how systems work to drive improvements and automation. Be a team lead to implement IT solutions in the subject areas. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand upstream and downstream impacts and drive critical system projects
3. Manage the accounting infrastructure projects from record to report including responsibility for month end close processes and SOX controls
4. Interpret and apply accounting standards to new and ongoing business initiatives in order to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare accounting memos and update accounting policies
5. Develop and maintain relationships with Infrastructure Business Partners to understand the broader business objectives, develop processes jointly and provide accounting guidance and best practice recommendations to enable process changes
6. Work closely with financial planning and other finance teams to ensure compliance with the U.S. GAAP and internal policies through effective communications and execution
7. Manage some of our key SOX controls as well as providing input for audits performed by business partners, internal auditors, and external auditors
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. BA/BS degree in Accounting or equivalent practical experience
9. 7+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
10. Technical and operational Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
11. Experience in optimizing or designing new and existing processes
12. Experience in system implementation to support fast growing business

14. Big Four accounting firms audit experience
**Public Compensation:**
$113,000/year to $165,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
