**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SolarWinds SME to have Strong Design Implementation Maintenance and Troubleshooting Experience on SolarWinds Product Suite with good knowledge on complete IT Infrastructure i.e. Systems Servers Hardware Storage technologies Network (Routing & Switching Wireless Firewalls) Security and other Misc. technologies. **Responsibilities** + SolarWinds SME to have Strong Design Implementation Maintenance and Troubleshooting Experience on SolarWinds Product Suite with good knowledge on complete IT Infrastructure i.e. Systems Servers Hardware Storage technologies Network (Routing & Switching Wireless Firewalls) Security and other Misc. technologies. As the candidate will be interacting with clients and key stake holders so an effective communication is essential. + Oversee the implementation and maintenance of wireless networks to ensure optimal performance and security. + Manage and configure Cisco Wireless systems to support organizational needs. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for switching and routing Cisco devices. + Utilize SolarWinds Log & Event Manager to monitor and analyze network events and logs. + Develop and document network policies and procedures to maintain system integrity. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions. + Conduct regular network assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security. + Lead efforts to optimize network performance and reduce downtime. + Provide training and support to junior team members on network technologies and best practices. + Develop and maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams. + Participate in the evaluation and selection of new network technologies and tools. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on network status and projects. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate proficiency in Wireless Cisco Wireless Switching & Routing Cisco and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager. + Exhibit strong decision-making skills to address network issues promptly and effectively. + Possess excellent writing skills to document network configurations and procedures clearly. + Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in network management and support. + Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. + Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest network technologies. + Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess network performance and identify areas for improvement. **Certifications Required** Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) SolarWinds Certified Professional (SCP) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
