**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Vmware Workspace One and Vmware VDI. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure architecture and the ability to design and implement robust solutions. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Vmware Workspace One and Vmware VDI. + Oversee the development and deployment of virtual desktop infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. + Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team in managing and maintaining the infrastructure. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Ensure the infrastructure architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards. + Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the infrastructure architecture and related processes. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability. + Implement automation and orchestration tools to streamline infrastructure management tasks. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in infrastructure technology to drive continuous improvement. + Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills. + Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals. + Contribute to the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard critical systems. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in Vmware Workspace One and Vmware VDI. + Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues. + Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Have a solid understanding of network protocols security principles and infrastructure best practices. + Show proficiency in automation and orchestration tools to enhance infrastructure management. + Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements. **Certifications Required** VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent.
