**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Switching and Routing with Arista and Cisco and domain experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of network infrastructure and healthcare claims processing. **Responsibilities** + Design and implement network infrastructure solutions using Arista and Cisco technologies to ensure robust and secure connectivity. + Oversee the configuration and maintenance of network switches and routers to optimize performance and reliability. + Provide technical expertise in the areas of network architecture including the development of network diagrams and documentation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with business requirements and healthcare industry standards. + Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. + Monitor network performance and implement proactive measures to enhance network efficiency and security. + Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. + Lead network-related projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. + Provide training and support to IT staff on network-related topics to enhance team capabilities. + Stay current with emerging network technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions. + Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal network performance and support. + Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure network resilience in the event of an outage. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in Switching and Routing with Arista and Cisco technologies. + Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer processes. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. + Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Hold a relevant certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent. + Have a proven track record of successfully leading network-related projects. + Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
