**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SPM Scripting Domain separation ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery ServiceNow Performance Analytics ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow CSM. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively during day shifts. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications to support business processes and requirements. + Implement and configure ServiceNow modules including Workplace Service Delivery Performance Analytics ITSM and CSM. + Provide technical expertise in the design and development of ServiceNow solutions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations. + Ensure the performance reliability and scalability of ServiceNow applications. + Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications. + Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications using Performance Analytics. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. + Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations. + Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices. + Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements. + Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery Performance Analytics ITSM and CSM. + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices. + Show proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript. + Display a track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations. + Hold a relevant certification such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist. **Certifications Required** ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
