**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Grafana and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business objectives. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions to support business objectives + Monitor and optimize system performance using Grafana + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components + Implement and manage infrastructure automation tools + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues + Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards + Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures + Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling activities + Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning + Lead the implementation of infrastructure projects from planning to execution + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies + Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure practices and processes **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Grafana for monitoring and optimizing system performance + Have experience with infrastructure automation tools and techniques + Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for infrastructure issues + Show knowledge of infrastructure security and compliance standards + Exhibit strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams + Have excellent documentation skills for infrastructure processes and procedures + Display experience in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling + Show ability to lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members + Stay updated with industry trends and technologies + Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure practices + Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 11 years of relevant experience **Certifications Required** Certified Grafana Administrator Certified Kubernetes Administrator Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
