**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITAM and ITOM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on optimizing IT service management and asset management processes. This role requires a proactive approach to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless IT operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions to streamline IT service management processes and improve efficiency.
+ Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITAM to manage and optimize IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow ITOM solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational performance.
+ Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs.
+ Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management and asset management.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications to maintain system reliability.
+ Document and maintain detailed records of system configurations and changes for future reference.
+ Train and support end-users to maximize the effective use of ServiceNow solutions.
+ Participate in regular reviews and audits to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
+ Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and workflows to support organizational goals.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM ITAM and ITOM with proven experience in implementation and support.
+ Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
+ Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Show proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
+ Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to document system configurations accurately.
+ Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
+ Experience in a hybrid work model ensuring flexibility and adaptability in various work environments.
**Certifications Required**
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
