Infra Dev Specialist
**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various ServiceNow modules including Secops ITAM Integration GRC HRSD ITSM and ITOM. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow capabilities to drive operational efficiency and business success. **Responsibilities** + Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Secops to enhance security operations. + Oversee the deployment and management of ServiceNow ITAM to optimize asset management processes. + Provide expertise in ServiceNow Integration to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems. + Implement ServiceNow GRC to strengthen governance risk and compliance frameworks. + Manage the configuration and customization of ServiceNow HRSD to improve HR service delivery. + Drive the adoption and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM to streamline IT service management. + Utilize ServiceNow ITOM to enhance IT operations management and improve service availability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions. + Ensure the alignment of ServiceNow implementations with business objectives and industry best practices. + Conduct regular system audits and health checks to maintain the integrity and performance of ServiceNow applications. + Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow capabilities. + Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations processes and procedures. + Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve the platform. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in ServiceNow Secops ITAM Integration GRC HRSD ITSM and ITOM. + Should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid work model. + Must have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and configurations. + Should have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. + Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. + Should have a deep understanding of IT service management and operations management principles. + Must be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
