Infra Dev Specialist
**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 5 to 6 years of experience in ServiceNow technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Strategic Port Mgmt ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data. + Oversee the deployment and management of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management to align projects with business objectives. + Provide support and enhancements for ServiceNow ITSM to streamline IT service management processes. + Manage ServiceNow ITAM to optimize asset utilization and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. + Implement and maintain ServiceNow HRSD to improve HR service delivery and employee satisfaction. + Oversee the deployment of ServiceNow FSM to enhance field service operations and customer satisfaction. + Manage ServiceNow CSM to improve customer service management and support processes. + Implement ServiceNow GRC to ensure governance risk and compliance requirements are met. + Oversee the deployment and management of ServiceNow ITOM to enhance IT operations management. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules. + Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow solutions. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. + Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM and its implementation. + Have experience in deploying and managing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management. + Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and its processes. + Have a solid understanding of ServiceNow ITAM and asset management principles. + Be proficient in ServiceNow HRSD and its functionalities. + Have experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM for field service operations. + Demonstrate knowledge of ServiceNow CSM and customer service management. + Have experience in ServiceNow GRC and its compliance requirements. + Be proficient in ServiceNow ITOM and IT operations management. + Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues. + Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. + Be committed to staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. + Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow technologies. **Certifications Required** ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
