**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in ILE COBOL CLLE SQLRPGLE RPGLE Python AS/400 RPG IT Service Management DB2/400 CLP and AS400/COBOL. Experience in Billing & Revenue Management is a plus. This is a work-from-office role with day shifts and no travel required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the daily operations of IT services to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
+ Provide technical expertise in ILE COBOL CLLE SQLRPGLE RPGLE Python AS/400 RPG and other relevant technologies.
+ Manage and maintain the AS/400 environment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
+ Implement and monitor IT service management processes to enhance service delivery.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all IT operations.
+ Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
+ Lead efforts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
+ Provide training and support to team members on technical and service management topics.
+ Monitor and manage service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.
+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess strong technical skills in ILE COBOL CLLE SQLRPGLE RPGLE Python AS/400 RPG IT Service Management DB2/400 CLP and AS400/COBOL.
+ Have experience in Billing & Revenue Management is a plus.
+ Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
