Position Overview
Eurasia Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Tier III Information Technology Technician with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure administration, and Microsoft 365. This role will serve as a senior technical escalation point and subject matter expert for endpoint management, identity governance, and cloud service optimization.
Responsibilities
+ Be the go-to person for Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365—set up services, automate tasks, and handle tricky problems.
+ Set up and make sure devices follow company rules for security and setup using Intune for Windows, macOS, and iOS.
+ Take the lead on difficult tech issues that Tier I/II teams can’t solve, and work with outside IT support or vendors to get things fixed.
+ Use PowerShell to automate tasks so the team can work more efficiently and spend less time on repetitive work.
+ Handle the full life cycle of devices—from setting them up with Autopilot and managing app installations, to making sure they’re up to date with patches, and providing remote support.
+ Work with IT Security to watch for and fix issues with devices or user accounts, using Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access tools.
+ Help manage Azure AD, including group settings, application management, assigning roles, and licensing users.
+ Keep an eye on Microsoft 365’s status, and take the lead when rolling out new features, settings, or integrations.
+ Help plan and carry out IT projects, and be involved in making decisions about changes to the IT systems.
+ Train and support junior IT staff, keep clear documentation, and add to the team’s knowledge base.
+ Keep up with new Microsoft 365 updates and encourage best practices across the company .
Qualifications
Job Responsibilities
+ Be the go-to expert on Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365—help set them up, automate tasks, and handle tricky issues.
+ Set up and enforce security and configuration rules for company devices (Windows, Mac, and iPhones/iPads) using Intune.
+ Take the lead on tough tech problems that others can’t fix, and work directly with outside IT partners to sort them out.
+ Use PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and make things run more smoothly, saving everyone time.
+ Oversee the whole device process—from setting up new laptops and phones, to pushing out apps, doing updates, and providing remote support.
+ Work with IT Security to keep devices and user identities secure, using Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access tools.
+ Help manage Azure AD settings like user groups, app permissions, and licenses.
+ Keep an eye on Microsoft 365 performance and handle updates, new features, and integrations.
+ Be part of IT change management and help out on IT projects.
+ Teach and support less experienced team members, write guides and instructions, and keep internal documentation up to date.
+ Keep up with Microsoft 365 updates and share best practices with the team.
Experience & Skills
+ At least 5 years working in IT support or infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft cloud tools.
+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune—setting up policies, pushing out apps, and keeping devices compliant.
+ Know your way around Azure AD (things like SSO, multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and hybrid setups).
+ Comfortable writing PowerShell scripts; experience with Microsoft Graph API is a bonus.
+ Experience using security tools like Microsoft Defender, Trellix, or FIDO authentication.
+ Understand how Autopilot works, how to manage Windows updates, and how to watch for device health issues.
+ Good at problem-solving, managing lots of tasks at once, and explaining tech stuff to both technical and non-technical people.
+ Can clearly document what you do (write procedures, guides, etc.).
+ Can work independently and as part of a team.
+ Willing to keep learning and stay up-to-date with new Microsoft 365 features.
+ English fluency - spoken and written form
Preferred Skills:
+ Deep knowledge of:
+ + Intune: making configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployments.
+ Azure AD: SSO, Conditional Access, groups, and enterprise apps.
+ Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Power Platform.
+ Experience managing devices running Windows 10/11, macOS 13/14, and iOS/iPadOS 16/17.
+ Comfortable with PowerShell (required); Microsoft Graph is a plus.
+ Know how to use security tools like Microsoft Defender and Trellix/FIDO, and set up Conditional Access policies.
+ Can support hardware like Dell laptops, Macs, iPhones, iPads, and common printers.
+ Familiar with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, and best practices for incident and change management.
+ Used to leading or helping run IT projects, writing technical documentation, and training others.
