In this role, you will help resolve software and hardware issues, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain systems and equipment, and provide training and guidance to users. You will play a key part in supporting both day-to-day operations and special technology projects, ensuring our team has the tools and support they need to succeed. Qualifications Eurasia Group is currently seeking a talented Level II Information Technology Technician with a high-level focus on the following duties: · Performs basic problem-solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for department users · Assists with onboarding and offboarding employees/consultants - domestic and international · Assists with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, workstations, and other related equipment and devices · Experience with Microsoft Security Capabilities · Provide individual instruction and training to users on new or updated technologies · Maintains and updates record-keeping system; may document projects and maintain user instructions · Can thrive in both team and independent work environments · Serving as a technical liaison to both internal and external clients · Responding to employee support inquiries in a timely fashion with an emphasis on being informative and helpful · Learning and broadening technically to add value to both employees and external clients · Assists with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials · Communicating and working with team members to coordinate efforts to support employees · Monitoring and reporting any issues with critical environmental, networking, security, and server systems · Communicating with other departments to assist in the execution of change management policies and procedures · Document procedures/technical writing · Work in partnership with firm’s technology vendors to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget · Evangelize new or emerging technologies · Partner with other EG employees to understand their business goals and strategies and make recommendations for solutions The Candidate should have: · A love for all things technical; you spend most of your day helping people and your downtime learning about new technologies · A deep technical foundation and real-world experience working with mid-market organizations · Strong customer service skills · Ability to work with all levels – from assistant to executive · Written and verbal communication skills to understand issues employees have and to explain technical information in clear terms · Outstanding communication skills, technical expertise, and successful project delivery · Time-management skills to handle appointments efficiently and stay on schedule · Problem-solving skills to diagnose problems with malfunctioning hardware/software Must have competencies: · Microsoft Admin o Office 365 o Active Directory o Autopilot o Azure/InTune Management · Platforms Supported o Windows 10/11 o Macintosh OS 13/14 o iPhone/iPad – iOS 16/17 · Network Knowledge o Windows Server o Cisco Routers/Switches o Cisco Firewall · Security Knowledge o Microsoft Defender o Trellix o FIDO · Hardware and software installations/deployments o Hardware support - Apple Macintosh/iPhone/iPad - Dell Latitude - HP/Canon printers o Software support (partial list) - Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word - Adobe Acrobat - Chrome - Datto - Exclaimer - Grammarly - Slack · IT Ticketing o Service Now The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
