Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager with all duties related to the installation and maintenance of the Agency's computer software and hardware systems. Responsibilities include accurate and timely resolution for all assigned duties. Assists Information Technology Manager and IT department staff in the following areas: Local Area Network (LAN) administration. Coordinates Agency computer related needs. Assists with technology inventory processing. Troubleshoots computer program problems and determines a satisfactory resolution. Processes reports using Agency reporting systems. Writes and sets up various computer spreadsheets, word processing documents and databases using Microsoft Office, and other agency supported applications.
