ResponsibilitiesWhat your day will look like
IT Support
Participate as an integral part of our National Helpdesk team, offering information technology support across the organizationSetup and configure computer hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals, addressing both routine and complex technical issuesAdministration of user accounts and related activitiesConduct onboarding and offboarding procedures for end users Provide technical support to resolve help requests from end users via telephone, email and chat in a professional and courteous mannerRecord, track and document the problem-solving process for helpdesk requests, including all actions taken to final resolutionTravel occasionally to client locations and/or other Dillon offices for the purposes of executing your responsibilities, internal/external client relationship development, opportunity/project research, and project deliveryLearning and Development
Commit to self-development and ongoing learning and professional developmentContribute to Dillon’s corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees Qualifications A three-year diploma in Computer Systems Technology or related programOne (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience in a professional technology settingCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are considered an asset Experience Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systemsFamiliarity with ticketing systems for logging, tracking, and managing technical support requestsProven organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing workload demandsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high regard for accuracy and qualityStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and effectivelyPractical experience in working with Active Directory, group policies and two-factor authentication systemsPreference will be given to those with a passion for service excellenceDillon offers competitive salaries, health benefits, and a generous retirement savings plan.
