GovCIO is currently hiring for an IT Project Manager to manage all personnel and materials at multiple OCONUS client sites. This position will be located primarily in Doha, Qatar and will be an onsite position.
ResponsibilitiesCreates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers. Generally reports to a Program Manager.
Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectivesDefines requirements and plans project lifecycle deploymentSupervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplinesSchedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the resultsManages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverablesEnsures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverablesConducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reportingResponsible for all projects and task conducted OCONUSCoordinates all special project logistics WRT reach back and cargo movementUpdate, maintain and publish daily PERSTAT informationTrack and Manage all aspects of all members' human resource needs Ccompletes and submits the OCONUS Overtime Request Approve, coordinate, and manage leave for all the OCONUS membersReview all OCONUS candidate resumes and assess for placement, Conducts initial interviews and tasks SMEs to conduct technical assessmentsManage all OCONUS personnel efforts with the assistance of CONUS staff, coordinate the return of all issued equipment, Collects all customer issued assets, and Coordinate out-processing travel QualificationsBachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
