As an IT Intern, you will play a key role in providing technical support to company users.
Responsibilities
Provide support for specific business applications used by the company, including troubleshooting and user assistance.Maintain and repair IT equipment as needed (computers, printers, peripherals, etc.).Install/configure and update software on user computers.Manage technical support tickets submitted by users.Participate in IT asset inventory management, including regular physical inventory checks and record updates.Perform testing and assist in debugging technical issues by working closely with IT team members.Identify opportunities to improve internal IT processes and propose solutions.Qualifications
