**About the job**
An internship in our Information Technology department will give you the chance to work on important projects across a variety of areas with an international team and gain experience in a world-class company. Unique opportunity to grow valuable skills in a collaborative environment that will put you in direct contact with business partners across TI and external customers. In your role, you will get exposure to TI's Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement Systems. You will also partner with TI business teams and other IT subject matter experts to develop and support to a global customer base.

**What you will learn**
- API, SAP ECC/WM, SQL, Warehouse Management System knowledge
- Hands on testing of newly implemented applications
- Practical experience in Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket)
- Data visualization (Denodo, Spotfire)
- Experience working in multi-national company, headquartered in the US
- Be part of a very diverse team

**Areas of responsibility**
- Supply Chain: Development, integration and testing of IT logistics systems for TI`s brand new, highly automated Product Distribution Center in Germany. Collaborating with a worldwide team of architects, developers and analysts to support TI’s vision for best in class warehouse operations.
- Commerce Systems: Enabling customers to directly purchase from TI via Electronic Data Integration, Robotic Process Automation and API.
- Business Analytics: Writing functional specs and driving system integration & user acceptance testing for specific projects.
- Project Management: Using Atlassian tools included Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Establish and nurture relationship with our stakeholders and enable transparency across all development and deployment stages of our IT solutions.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Studies in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- Hands-on development or deployment experience of applications in Python or Java.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Methodical and detail oriented
- Proficient in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to team up and collaborate effectively with people in different functions, countries and cultures
**Preferred Skills**
- Previous work experience
- Experience in API, SAP, Agile and CI/CD methodologies
- Knowledge in reporting solutions (Denodo, Spotfire, Tableau, Business Objects)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to prioritize work and manage a number of projects and assignments at one time
- German knowledge
