We support customers with Centers of Excellence in Washington DC, Huntsville, AL and Burlington, MA with an additional 36 locations across the U.S. Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) ito support the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) branch, which is within the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI), and located at Hanscom AFB, MA. The Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) branch leverages best practices from commercial industry to provide standardized, innovative, and agile Information Technology (IT) services to the Air Force (AF) as a service. LOCATION: Hanscom, AFB, MA JOB STATUS: Full-Time; Salaried Hybrid schedule with In-office 2-3 days/week QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: BA/BS or MA/MS and 3 years of experience, of which 3 years must be in the DoD OR 7 years of directly related experience, of which 5 years must be in the DoD IAM Level 2 certification (e.g. CASP+ CE, CISSP, CSSLP) MUST have an active US Security Clearance RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual shall ensure that all system deliverables comply with DoD and Air Force cybersecurity policy, specifically DoDI 8500.01, Cybersecurity, and AFI 17-130, Air Force Cybersecurity Program Management. The individual shall ensure compliance with DoD and Air Force Certification and Accreditation policies, specifically Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 8510.01, Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Systems, and AFI 17-101, The Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Air Force Information Technology. The individual shall support activities and meet the requirements of DoDI 8520.02, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key (PK) Enabling, in order to achieve standardized, PKI-supported capabilities for biometrics, digital signatures, encryption, identification and authentication.
