Information Systems Coordinator
Overview Summary Provides clerical, administrative and general office support for efficient department operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities • Oversee payroll, schedule, and PTO requests • Vendor management (schedule meetings, arrange payment, approve orders, etc.) • Schedule meetings on behalf of Director and/or department staff meetings • Order and maintain office supplies • Other tasks as assigned Other Information Education Minimum: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. Experience Minimum: Two (2) years of administrative assistant experience Special Skills REQNUMBER: 32062
