We are currently looking for an Information System Vendor Management Specialist to join our team in Nissan México. 

A Day at Nissan:

Controls costs by collaborating and working closely with Nissan Digital Delivery Managers and Nissan Procurement Organization to proactivity manage software renewals, identifying cost-saving measures by analyzing software renewals and vendors, and ensuring strategies are in place to minimize costs.Must build and maintain positive productive relationships with cross-functional partners – Nissan Digital Delivery Managers and Nissan Procurement Organization to provide exceptional customer service, understand their needs, anticipate future requirements, proactively problem-solve, identify opportunities for improvements, while continuously seeking to learn and grow.Will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to provide frameworks, mature or establish, implement, communicate change, train, and assume accountability to govern guidelines & processes related to software asset guidance / processes managed by the Nissan Digital Americas; including escalation of issues to Nissan leadership when needed. Will implement and assume ownership to govern frameworks and strategies to reduce unnecessary software purchases or reduce technical debt by identifying opportunities to retire under-utilized software.In this role we are seeking a candidate that can drive initiatives by setting clear goals, take ownership of tasks, and continually seek opportunities to innovate and automate contributing to delivering business value. Will facilitate clear communication and timely updates on progress and bring visibility to the work and outcomes to ensure that initiatives meet expected levels of service and professionalism.This role requires strong problem-solving skills, strong data analysis skills, needs to be self-motivated to work independently but with transparency, and can manage time and workload effectively.  As necessary, will perform any other relevant duties to aid in the success of the Nissan Digital organization.Ability to develop rapport quickly in a culturally diverse environment to establish exceptional partnerships with internal and external service providers.  Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to understand upstream and downstream impacts of change to define or uncover “root causes”. Deliver results by collaborating, facilitating, and leading cross-functional team efforts for specific Nissan Digital and objectives.Supports cross-functional teams by building mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members.

Professional Profile We Are Looking For:

5-7 years overall operational experience with Software Asset Renewals and optimizing asset utilization for cost savings.Knowledge of IT infrastructure and asset management practicesProficiency with reporting tools and capabilitiesAnalytical skills to interpret data and identify trendsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc.)Windows SharePoint ServicesTableau Dashboards (desirable)Clarity/Jira (desirable)
