The Position

We are looking for an Information Solutions Account Manager to join our dedicated sales team in a role focused on Healthcare Insights, our portfolio of digital solutions that enable better decisions by clinicians and patients in the areas Disease Management and Healthcare decision support.

As an Information Solutions Account Manager at Roche Diagnostics, you have the ability to influence your own development and you get the opportunity to identify customer development opportunities, help improve and optimize healthcare resource use, and deliver and implement the best possible solutions within Healthcare insights.

The Information Solutions Account Manager main purpose is to create better health outcomes by delivering:

1. Clear support from decision-makers in the Healthcare system and other stakeholders for early implementation of new products and solutions with high impact on health into clinical routine 

2. Co-designed and tested win-win opportunities through commercial excellence 

while also:

3. actively gathering relevant customer, market and competitor insights

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer and market needs and insights:

Generate customer, market and competitor insights for relevant customer areas through desk research and market activities together with marketing.

Relay insights to relevant internal stakeholders, and influence the market fit of future Roche solutions.

Ensuring implementation of Roche Solutions:

Further investigate/test the market fit (value propositions) of locally prioritized solutions in the Roche Diagnostics Solutions pipeline.

Implement pre-launch go-to market strategy activities aiming to ensure solutions are implementable with optimal market fit.

Commercial Excellence and value capture:

Own and lead selected sales opportunities, continuously documenting and (re)assessing the potential value that can be created and captured.

Responsible for ensuring the availability (localizing/creating/approving product claims) of sales content/material.

Performing opportunity-based sales activities including documentation.

Develop relevant relationships with clinicians, procurement personnel and management across Israel.

Ensure transparency in tender initiatives on pre-tender opportunity strategy / customer discussions vs tender requirements.

Who you are:

Your focus is to get insights and understand the needs of our market and customers within healthcare insights. To ensure implementation of Roche solutions. To capture the value, bring commercial excellence.

You have a growth mindset and willingness to develop a strategic approach to stakeholder management.

You are furthermore comfortable interacting with senior levels within healthcare departments, and you have an in-depth understanding of Disease management solutions and healthcare decision support solutions.

You are very independent in your work and like to take initiative. It is also important that you are a team player that likes to contribute to the group and collaborate towards common goals. 

Qualifications

3 years of sales experience in healthcare with a deep knowledge/experience from the Medtech/Healthcare and Software/IT industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering and Management / Life Sciences, or another relevant field.

Proficient in Hebrew and English.

Solid understanding and knowledge of the healthcare system and regional decision making.

Broad understanding of clinical practice and the needs and requirements of clinical healthcare staff as well as patients, with regard to digital tools and systems. 

Solid financial acumen.

Solid medical-scientific understanding knowledge.
