A strong member of the global Programme Management Team and CISO office, the Information Security Project Manager is responsible for leading cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet established objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role will contribute to organizational transformation by standardizing project management practices and methodologies across the company.
Creating passion: your responsibilities Lead cybersecurity projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction. Coordinate and enable cross-functional teams and serve as primary stakeholder liaison throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements as needed. Monitor project budgets, optimize resource utilization, and maintain detailed documentation using standardized templates. Report to various stakeholders on progress. Actively support and participate in transforming the project management structure across the organization. Contribute to the development of organizational project management best practices and governance frameworks. Contributing your strengths: your qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field such as Engineering. A minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in software product development, large IT projects or Cyber Security. Cybersecurity and PM certifications are advantageous: PRINCE2, PMP, AGILE SAFE, CISSP, CISM, or comparable alternatives. English is a must, German and French are a plus. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and mitigation strategies are advantageous. Demonstrable experience or understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST) and compliance requirements are advantageous. Proven experience in process improvement and organizational change management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools. Demonstrable experience leading and managing transnational/international teams.
